What is the 'I Know Americas' Certification Programme?
Complementing the "I Know Europe" ceritification program, the 'I Know Americas' is a specialist training programme carried out by the Globus Family of Brands. Launched in 2008, the programme is aimed at providing Indian travel agents with the necessary skills, knowledge base and tools to be able to present and sell the Americas with confidence.
With experienced Tour Directors flown in from US & the Globus & Cosmos team, these agents have undergone an extensive training schedule covering popular destinations like USA, Canada, Central America and to the countries like Peru, Brazil, Galapagoes in South America which are attracting the interest of seasoned travellers. These specialists have completed the entire training programme and have also appeared for and cleared a examination for this.
