How are Monograms vacations different
from Globus?
Monograms are non-escorted, independent
vacations. While you purchase hotel, sightseeing, breakfast,
even air and transfers as a package, you will not be traveling
with a group of people. You will have access to a Local Host
rather than a Tour Director. Local Hosts are available to help
you make the most of your vacation. They can give you
information on how to navigate local transportation, where to
dine to experience local cuisine or simply insider tips on
what to do, but they will not be accompanying you as you
explore on your own. You do have the opportunity to purchase
optional excursions from your Local Host, in which case you
will travel via motorcoach and be in the company of a group
for the duration of the excursion.
